The terms for using Wheredai. Wheredai is made by Zinnia Development LLC; the company Terms of Service, which are also the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the app, apply to Wheredai, and this page adds the details specific to it.

In short

1. What Wheredai is

Wheredai is the memory layer for your physical spaces: an app for iOS, Android and the web, this website, the guest pages at go.whered.ai, and a connector that lets an AI assistant you already use ask Wheredai on your behalf. All of it is provided by Zinnia Development LLC under the company terms (version 1.0, effective September 8, 2026) and this page. If this page and the company terms say different things about Wheredai, this page applies; the store you obtained the app from has its own terms for the purchase.

Early access. Until its first public release, Wheredai is offered for testing. Features may change or be removed, limits may change, and we may reset test data after telling you. Nothing you record during testing is used to train models.

2. Plans, limits and trials

Wheredai has a free plan, a Premium plan for one person, and a Workspace plan for a team with several places. Each plan has usage limits, for example on voice interactions and photo capture per month. Prices, included quantities and limits are shown in the app and on the store listing before you buy, and this page lists them before the first public release. If you go over a limit, Wheredai becomes read-only for the affected feature; nothing is deleted.

If we offer a free trial, its length and what happens when it ends are shown before you start it, and each person is eligible for one. Complimentary access can end with notice and does not create a right to a refund.

3. Shared places, audiences and guest links

  • When you invite people to a place, they see what its visibility settings allow. Owners and managers can change those settings and remove members. Anything you mark “Only me” stays hidden from everyone else, including the owner.
  • A guest link or QR code shows guests exactly what you chose to share with guests, and nothing else. You are responsible for what you share with them, and you must have the right to share it, including where it describes other people’s belongings or a home someone else lives in.
  • If you are removed from a place or leave it, you get 14 days to export your “Only me” content before it is purged. Content you added that others can see stays with the place.
  • Do not use Wheredai to track, surveil or locate a person without their knowledge and consent.

4. Your content and AI answers

  • You own it. Everything you add to Wheredai is yours. You grant us only the license in section 7 of the company terms: to host, store, back up, sync, transcribe, analyse and display your content so that Wheredai works for you and the people you share with. We never use it to train machine learning models or to advertise.
  • Answers are inferences. Wheredai estimates where something probably is from what you and others recorded, shows how confident it is and when the location was last confirmed, and can be wrong. Do not rely on it for emergencies or for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions, or as the only record of anything valuable.
  • Secret facts. A value you mark as secret is encrypted so that it is never sent to a model or included in search. Mark things as secret when they should be, and do not store anything you are not allowed to keep.

5. The assistant connector

You can connect an AI assistant you already use to Wheredai. That assistant’s provider and its terms apply to what it receives: the details it looks up in Wheredai for you, scoped to what you allowed. If you allow changes, it can add and update items on your behalf, and you can undo them within an hour. You can disconnect it at any time. The connector has a per-workspace rate limit, and automated access beyond it, or by any other means than the connector and the app, is not allowed.

6. Purchases, cancellation and refunds

Section 9 of the company terms governs subscriptions, automatic renewal, cancellation, trials and refunds. In Wheredai specifically: Premium is bought through the App Store, Google Play or the web; Workspace is bought on the web by the workspace owner, who is the only person who can change its plan. Cancel a store subscription in the store’s subscription settings, and a web subscription in the app’s billing settings. Refunds for store purchases are decided by Apple or Google under their policies.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app or by email, as described on the support page. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through a store.

8. Changes and version history

We may change this page as Wheredai or the law change, with a new version number and effective date here, and at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app for material changes.

  • Version 1.0, September 10, 2026. First published version, covering early access before the first public release.
