Every answer shows its work.
Who saw it last, when, and how sure Wheredai is. If it isn’t sure, it says so and offers a careful guess instead of a confident wrong answer.
Everyone sees what they should.
Owners, partners, staff or guests each get their own view of the same place. Set something to Only me and it disappears from everyone else’s searches.

Export everything or delete everything, any time, from the app.
Questions
- Will my staff actually update it?
- They don’t have to. Finding something and tapping found it is the update. Moving something and saying so is the update.
- Who can change things?
- You decide: read-only for new staff, members who can move things, managers, owners.
- Is it another app on everyone’s phone?
- It runs on phones and on the web. Staff can look things up from a browser at the counter.
- Can staff ask Claude or ChatGPT?
- Yes. Anyone on the team can connect an assistant they already use, like Claude or ChatGPT, and ask “Hey Claude, where are the spare receipt rolls?” It can find, add and move things too, within what that person is allowed to do.
