1. Get help
Wheredai is in development and not yet in the stores. If you joined the early-access list, you will hear from us when there is something to try. For anything else, email contact@zinnia.dev with the word Wheredai in the subject. We answer within 5 to 7 business days. If the app is down for everyone, we post updates here while we fix it.
2. Delete your Wheredai account and data
You can delete your Wheredai account, and the personal data attached to it, at any time. Wheredai is published by Zinnia Development LLC; the same request reaches us either way, and you do not need the app installed or a signed-in session to ask.
In the app
From the app’s first public release: open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. Wheredai offers an export first. Confirm, and the deletion starts immediately.
By email
Email contact@zinnia.dev with the subject “Delete my Wheredai account”, from the email address on the account. We will verify it is you, usually by sending a code to that address, then delete the account.
What happens next
Your account, profile, the content you own, device tokens and analytics identifiers are deleted within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as purchase records for tax purposes, and we confirm by email when it is done. Content you added to a place owned by someone else stays visible to that place’s members unless you delete it first; anything you marked “Only me” is purged after a 14-day export window. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through a store: cancel it in the store’s subscription settings.
The early-access list
To leave the list before launch, email contact@zinnia.dev from the address you signed up with. We remove it within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Export your data
From the app’s first public release, Settings offers an export of everything you can see as CSV and JSON plus your photos, per place. Until then, email contact@zinnia.dev and we will send it. An export never contains content other members hid from you.
4. Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability in Wheredai or this site? Email contact@zinnia.dev with “Security report” in the subject. We acknowledge reports within 5 to 7 business days and keep you updated while we fix the issue. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing publicly, and do not access other people’s data. We do not pursue good-faith researchers who follow these guidelines.
5. Accessibility
Wheredai aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and every voice interaction has a visual and tap equivalent. If something is hard to use with assistive technology, or a page is broken, tell us at contact@zinnia.dev and we will fix it.
